Born in Kyiv, Ukraine, Dr. Sergiy Tarasenko brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the real estate market, underpinned by an impressive academic background that includes a Business Degree, two master’s degrees, and a doctorate. Having called Santa Barbara home for nearly two decades, Dr. Tarasenko has cultivated deep market knowledge and a keen understanding of local and national real estate trends.
With over 10 years of experience in real estate investment, Dr. Tarasenko excels in areas such as Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs), investment properties, renting, and flipping properties. This extensive experience is complemented by a personal portfolio of multiple investment properties located both across the United States and internationally. Dr. Tarasenko is renowned for providing personalized service and employing innovative marketing strategies to guarantee maximum exposure and exceptional results.
Sergiy’s excellent and unique negotiation and bargaining skills further enhance his ability to deliver outstanding outcomes for his clients. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s in Information Systems, which provide a solid foundation for her innovative approach to real estate marketing.
Maryna brings a wealth of experience from her time in the medical field, where she earned a BSN from California State University Channel Islands and went on to become a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and a certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in Neurology. Her extensive healthcare background has honed her organizational, analytical, and leadership skills, all of which seamlessly transfer to her real estate career.

Oleksander brings a wealth of experience in media production and design to our real estate team. Having served as Lead Designer at Lenovo, he developed a refined approach to visual content creation that combines artistry with a focus on impactful results. His skills span photography, videography, and graphic design, ensuring each property is presented at its best.
In addition to his corporate experience, Oleksander has collaborated with top real estate agencies in Santa Barbara, tailoring his skills to enhance client engagement in the real estate industry. Over his career, he has achieved recognition in numerous design competitions, consistently making shortlists and winning the prestigious Effie Award — testaments to his commitment to impactful design.
